Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital software and downloadable products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded, activated, or accessed, except as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases of the same products
• Verified technical issue that prevent product use and cannot be resolved by our support team

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contact support may result in:

• License suspension
• Revocation of access to updates
• Restrictions on future purchases
