Ebony Systems Inc. develops and distributes digital audio products, including but not limited to VST, AU, and AAX plugins, sound design tools, presets, expansions, and related digital products for music producers and audio professionals.

Upon purchase or download, Ebony Systems Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for personal or commercial music/audio production.
The software is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute license keys or installers
Upload products to privacy or file-sharing platforms
Circumvent copy protection or licensing systems
Use the software in violation of applicable laws
Violation may result in the immediate termination of your license without refund.
For installs, downloads, or product updates:
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key(s)
Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in suspension or termination of access
Payments
Payments for products are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
Ebony Systems Inc. may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements at its discretion. We do not guarantee ongoing support or compatibility with all future operating systems or DAWs.
All software, content, branding, DSP algorithms, presets, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of Ebony Systems Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
All Ebony Systems software, code, names, imagery, branding, presets, DSP algorithms, and documentation are owned by Ebony Systems or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
User Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant Ebony Systems Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve or promote the Service.
You understand that:
Feedback may be used without obligation to compensate you
Submitted content must not infringe the rights of others
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
